We offer ink FDLE fingerprint background checks both for level 1 and level 2 purposes in any state.

Any ORI Number

you must know your ORI number. The Florida ORI number tells us what the state fee is that we need to cover for you.

This form is to request a Mobile Appointment. This means The Notary Seal Fingerprinting will send a Technician to your Office, Home or Mutual Agreed upon meeting locations i.e. Starbucks, Panera Bread, etc. Please note Mobile Appointment have an additional Travel Fee.
